After placing an order with Vino Freeze, it will take 1-2 days for your order to process and an additional 2-6 days for delivery. Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to the current climate. For an estimated time of arrival, please contact our customer service department.

2. Where do you ship from?

As our catalog expands, we collaborate with vendors and manufacturers across the country. Depending on the product you're interested in, we store and deliver them from specific locations. All our warehouse and fulfillment centers are within the United States, and we provide delivery to all states. (Please contact us for inquiries from Hawaii or Alaska.)

3. What are your store hours?

Our operating hours are from 9AM-6PM (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Please be advised that we also operate on weekends with limited staff. Feel free to reach out to us via message or email, and we will respond as soon as possible.

4. How do I receive tracking information?

Once your product is shipped, you will receive an email from Vino Freeze with a link to track your order. If you haven't received an email notification with tracking information, please contact us. Please note that it typically takes 1-2 days after placing your order for the product to be shipped.

5. Will I receive a phone call before delivery?

You will receive tracking information when your product ships, as well as a phone call from the freight service to notify you of the delivery. Usually, this call takes place a day or two before the product arrives at your home. (Please note that different products may have varying lead times. Please inquire within.)

We exclusively source our products from manufacturers in the USA. This way, we ensure that your products reach your door as quickly as possible while supporting those who reside in our country.
